The following shipping methods are available for International Packages:
Flat Rate Priority Mail Envelope (see cost chart below) Always the cheapest for International Packages. But many books do not fit into the envelopes. Feel free to email us to see if the book you are interested in does fit.
About Flat Rate Priority Envelope Shipping: Please note: Only Some items will fit into a Flat Rate Priority Mail envelope.
We have begun to mention whether or not that method is available for the book listed in each listing. If you view the "Shipping Note" section of each auction listing, it will mention when that particular book will fit into a flat rate Priority Mail envelope - if unmentioned, it probably will not fit, but always feel free to ask. This service is currently available for International Bidders only.
* * * * PLEASE NOTE * * * * Flat Rate Envelopes are unpadded, lightweight cardboard. There is no cushioning or protection other than our plastic bags we wrap all books in to protect against moisture. When possible, we add padding to the envelopes, but often we cannot, because there is no room.
The envelopes hold lightweight paper back or softcover books and small hard cover books. Also, any 6 x 9 book can be shipped in a Flat Rate Envelope.
Priority Mail International: (See Cost Chart Below) Always available is regular Priority Mail shipping which is boxed. Anything that won't fit into an envelope and/or is over four pounds will have to be shipped this way.
Any Priority Mail package usually arrives within ten business days, often sooner. Trackable and insurance is available. We recommend this method. See the flat rate section below for more information.
Express Mail International: Usually arrives within a week or sooner. Costly, but it's the fastest method.
First Class Mail International: No specified time is given by the United States Postal Service. Could take anywhere from 2 weeks to 8 weeks to arrive. NO TRACKING AVAILABLE FOR ITEMS SHIPPED USING THIS METHOD. NOT RECOMMENDED. But always available. This method often takes at least two months to arrive to your location and many bidders get worried their package is lost - but it just takes a long time to arrive.
It is best to wait until we email you our Ebay Invoice instead of checking out automatically.
And if you are buying more than one book, NEVER pay for them one at a time. Please wait until you receive an invoice from us with all of your purchases listed on one invoice. Otherwise you will be overcharged for shipping. We don't want that to happen.

Flat Rate shipping is a good choice for heavier books (over 4 pounds boxed) or if you would like to purchase more than one book. It is always available for International bidders. Ebay's shipping calculator will not normally show you that option. It is best to select your items and then let us invoice you so you get the correct rate instead of checking out automatically. A "You Won" email from Ebay is not an Invoice. Invoices are the emails that state "Your invoice for eBay purchases - item #" in the email subject line. If you receive an invoice that does not show all the books you are purchasing, please contact us for a new total.
Below are tables that show the Priority Mail International Flat Rates for items shipped in boxes and another for envelopes.
RATES
For the BOX rates we can typically ship several books for one reasonable cost. It is best to make a list of the books you are interested in and then contact us to see if they will all fit into one Flat Rate box. The weight of the box cannot exceed 20 lbs.
Flat Rate boxes used for most books measure 11 7/8" x 3 3/8" x 13 5/8". There is another that holds slighlty more books, but only if they are all softcover.
We can typically fit 3-4 hardcover books or 3-6 softcovers. If you are selecting some smaller dimensioned books, like 6 x 9, we can fit at least 6 of those in one Flat Rate Box. So if you select four books and the cost is $39.00 to ship all four that works out to $9.75 per book instead of at least $17.00 per book.

Certain books are small enough to fit into a Priority Mail Flat Rate ENVELOPE. The envelopes measure 9.5" x 12.5".
Flat Rate Envelopes do not provide any cushioning but are inexpensive for shipping smaller books. If you are interested in a book measuring around 6" x 9" or a very thin regular sized book, it can probably be mailed in a Flat Rate Envelope. In some cases we can fit two 6" x 9" books into one envelope.
