We ship within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment from PayPal. We normally ship things out faster than that but we'd rather under-promise and over-deliver than disappoint.
We offer FREE US Shipping for most items. Free Shipping is via USPS or UPS at our discretion and will come with a delivery confirmation number / tracking number. We allow you to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail if you prefer a faster shipping option. For items that are not listed with Free Shipping, delivery options are USPS 1st class mail for regularly shaped packages under 13 ounces, Parcel Post for items non-standard sizes or packages heavier than 13 ounces, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Postage rates are dependent upon package weight and size. We try to minimize your overall shipping costs which may mean shipping items individually rather than combining them into a larger box. Note: For example, we've found that it can be cheaper to send two packages separately via USPS 1st class mail than it is to ship both items in a box via Parcel Post. The side bonus is that you get the package faster as well.
Standard Shipping is via USPS International 1st class mail because it is the most economical international shipping option. Buyer may upgrade to USPS International Priority Mail or UPS Worldwide Saver. Please note that USPS 1st class mail may take 6-8 weeks for delivery. In many cases the package has arrived in the country however it is delayed in customs.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not
included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the
buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
Note: It's illegal for us to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees.
For items listed with Insurance included for International shipments, we provide insurance through ShipSaver Insurance unless the package is bound for the following *EXCLUDED COUNTRIES: Abkhazia, Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola (including Cabinda),

Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Jordan, Kenya, Liberia, Libya,
Mali, Mauritania, truck/rail shipments to and within Mexico other
than as a connecting conveyance, Moldova, Morocco, Niger, Nigeria, North
Korea, Oman, Pakistan, Papua/New Guinea, Paraguay, Qatar, Rwanda,
Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Slovenia, Solomon Islands,
Somalia, Sudan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Togo, Tunisia,
Uganda, Venezuela, and Yemen. Any location that would be in
violation of any U.S. economic or trade sanctions including OFAC
Restricted Countries. For shipments to Russian and other
Commonwealth of Independent States countries (includes Armenia,
Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and
Uzbekistan) coverage ceases upon touchdown of the aircraft at the
airport of destination or upon discharge from the overseas vessel at
the destination discharge port. Shipments to any of the above countries will not be covered by insurance.
Please note that in some instances, ShipSaver may require that the customer wait 6-8 weeks prior to filing a claim to ensure that the package is undelivered and lost vs. delayed in Customs.
Refunds and Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days after Buyer has received the merchandise as per the package tracking or delivery confirmation number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. Refunds are provided in the amount of the original merchandise not including shipping unless the item was a Free Shipping item. Returned merchandise must be in New, Unused and As-shipped condition. Please contact us via eBay's Contact Seller link or at email@example.com to let us know if you will be returning an item so that we can provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This will allow us to process the return and provide you with a refund more quickly.
