Refunds must be approved by the manager of the Whistle Stop Thrift Shop. We are a non-profit organization and our proceeds benefit those in need around the world. If we honestly miss damage - then we will accept the item back within 3 days of receipt. There will be no refund for any uninsured broken items. You must contact us first. If you leave negative feedback before contacting us about an issue, we will not work with you any further. Contact us about any issues and we will work with you.
