Wholesale Tool offers Fed-Ex, UPS Next Day, Second
and Third Day Service, Air Service, Parcel Post and Air Freight. All
orders are shipped the least expensive way, unless otherwise requested.
Shipments under 70 lbs. are sent via UPS Ground. Larger orders are shipped
Freight Collect with a $45.00 minimum freight charge. All orders are sent
FOB shipping point.
Shipping charges don't appear on the auctions
initially because we don't know the actual cost of shipping your order
until it has been packaged and weighed. However, some of the auctions have
been posted with their shipping weight. These auction can calculate the
shipping charges at www.ups.com from ZIP
48089. If the item does not have a weight, you can always contact us to
find out the total cost of the shipping by calling us at 1-800-521-3420 or
by email at dgarriott@wttool.com.
We'll be happy to assist you.
Wholesale Tool ships outside of the US and Canada,
however if you do not live in the US or Canada, we will be sure to contact
you so we can make shipping arrangements.
Damaged Shipments: Inspect
the shipping container(s) upon delivery. If damage is evident, have the
Freight Agent make note of the condition. Open your order immediately and
check the contents against your enclosed invoice. Any claim for damaged or
missing merchandise should be filed within five (5) days by you with the
freight carrier. Save the container(s) that the shipment arrived in.
Please notify us that you are making the claim within five days also.
Refused Shipments: DO NOT refuse
shipments as this results in unnecessary freight and handling charges.
Accept the shipment and call our Customer Service Department at
1-800-521-3420 for assistance. COD customers who refuse shipments will be
sold on a cash-with-order basis only. All refused shipments will be
assessed a 10% restocking fee.
