I didn’t receive the parcel in due time or I am not satisfied with my items?

Just contact us first, and we will check the info and give you a satisfied answer no matter for what reasons.

I have bid some items and still bidding other ones.

Please send a message to us, and we will wait for you (the longest time we can wait is 7 days). We will send you a combined invoice after you win all your items, and then you can pay them together.

please pay the items in them, or eBay system will open cases for unpaid items after certain days.

Do you offer combine shipping service?

We provide combine shipping service. And we charge the first item $4.5; add an amount of $0.7 for each additional item if you are in US. And we charge the first item for $12 if you are abroad.

How long will you send the parcel?

Generally speaking, after we receive the money, we will send the parcel in 1-2 days. Sometimes the warehouse make some adjustment, the shipment will be delay. Sincerely looking forward to your understanding.
