How do I get the combine shipping discount?

1. Make your purchases but do not pay for them until you are completely done shopping.
2. When you are done shopping email us and ask for your total.
3. We will send you an invoice with your combined items and the correct shipping amount.

>> PLEASE NOTE: you must pay for your items all together in order to qualify for the combined discount so please do not pay for any of your purchases until you have received our invoice.

What shipping services do you offer?

We use USPS Flat Rate products which allow us to ship large amounts of tiles for an inexpensive flat rate amount. If you prefer UPS, Fed Ex or another carrier please let us know and we can try to accommodate you.

Do you ship to APO/FPO Military addresses?

Yes and we even have special postal rates for you!

How is postage computed?

• Domestic postage is a flat $5 for all 1/2" - 3" tiles purchased
• Grout, glue, concrete, nippers, cutters, sheet or scrap glass or any other NON-Tile items will incur an additional charge as stated in the auction. However, if we find we can SAFELY fit your non-tile items in with your tile and still charge just the $5 flat rate then we will do so.
  
  Some examples of combined domestic shipping are:
  100 1/2" mirror
  500 3/4" pastel mix
  1 glass cutter
  >> Postage would be $5 since we can add the glass cutter into the $5 flat rate parcel safely.
  
  500 1/2" mirror
  500 3/4" pastel mix
  2 lbs grout
  1 pair wheeled nippers
  >> Postage would be $5 for all your tiles + $5 for the nippers and grout since they will not fit in the $5 flat rate parcel and thus we must upgrade to a larger package size.

• International postage is based on the weight of your parcel since USPS imposes a 4lb weight limit per flat rate envelope and a 20lb limit on flat rate boxes. We can fit the following quantity of HALF INCH tiles in the various package sizes as shown below without exceeding these weight limits. If you purchase tiles in sizes other than 1/2" we convert them to their 1/2" equivalent for shipping computations. If we find you have room in your parcel for extra tiles, without incurring additional postage then we will indicate this on your invoice so you can decide if you wish to add to your order to maximize your postage expense.   • Flat Rate Envelope $12 holds up to 1200 1/2" tiles
  • Flat Rate Large Box $40 holds up to 8000 1/2" tiles or 12 8x10 glass sheets or 15lbs scrap glass
  • Flat Rate Extra Large Box $50 holds up to 12,000 1/2" tiles.

How safe and efficient is International Shipping and will I have to Pay VAT?

We ship internationally on a daily basis. We package each parcel with adequate packaging to prevent damage on the long ride to its destination. We use USPS Priority Mail which has an estimated delivery time of 4 - 10 days. Customs and duty fees are a necessary part of international business but need not worry you. In our years of experience with international commerce, duty fees are very rarely, if ever, applicable to the average artisan since they are not buying in quantities large enough to warrant the assessment of any fees.

We will gladly accept standard-stock items back for exchange any time within 10 days of your date of purchase. You may exchange your items for any other item in our store. We do not offer cash, Paypal or credit card refunds.
We do not allow returns or exchanges on special orders. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt of your item. Returns must be approved in advance via email and must be returned in the same shipping package they were received in. This is necessary to prevent damage to the product on its return journey to us. If your returned item(s) are received but have not been sufficiently packed to prevent damage then we may not be able to issue you a full credit.

My order was incorrect or incomplete, what should I do?

If you experience any problems with your order please contact us via email or phone immediately so we can correct it. We try exceedingly hard to make sure every order is 100% accurate but occasionally we may make an error. We appreciate you giving us the chance to correct this error before leaving us feedback.

If at any time you feel you cannot leave us a 5 Star feedback rating on eBay we would appreciate the chance to discuss this with you before you leave feedback. What if I don't see what I need? Can you get it for me?

If you do not see what you need please contact us. We have a large selection of glass. We may not have had time to list exactly what you wanted and may have it ready to go. If we do not have the product you need we will make every attempt to locate it or put you in contact with another vendor who does have the product.

Do you have a retail outlet?

How Does the Buy 3 Get 1 Free deal work and can I combine items to qualify for the free pack?

Many of our auctions offer a free pack for every three that you buy. To take advantage of this "Buy 3 Get 1 Free" deal simply purchase three packs of the specific item and we will send you a fourth pack of the same tile for free. This offer does not apply to all auctions offered by Wholesalemosaics and cannot be combined with any other offers. Additionally, this offer requires that you purchase three packs of the same tile since the tiles are prepacked in lots of 400. Please do not purchase 4 packs and then try to deduct the cost of 1 pack. EBay will not allow this and will expect you to pay for all 4 packs. If you inadvertently purchase 4 packs we will send a total of 500 tiles - 400 + 100 more free. If there are not enough packs left on the auction you are viewing please visit our eBay store where we have additional packs for sale. There is no limit to the number of packs you can buy on this deal. For each three you buy we will send a fourth pack free.

For example:
