We are happy to accept returns for a store credit or a refund within 30 days of receiving items if you are not completely satisfied. All contents need to be returned in the original packaging, unused and as exactly as received.
If we have committed an error or an item is damaged we will retrieve the item and refund it in full or re-ship it. But, again we must be able to retrieve the item in order to offer a refund of any kind.
