Here at WilDZigns we specialize in customer satisfication. If you are unhappy with any purchase please email us and we will do what we can to make our customers happy with your purchases.

We offer items with warranties just in case your merchandise would happen to be defective due to a manufacturer error. All our jewelry is handcrafted of high quality products. Any jewelry items containing sterling silver make sure you have a polishing cloth to wipe the items after use to keep the luster like new!!

We at WilDZigns will send out your merchandise within 1-3 business days after your payment clears with paypal. After your item is sent out we will email you with your package tracking number so you know exactly when it was shipped and put your mind at ease of knowing where your product is.

We also do alot of direct shipping right from our manufacturers. They ship out within 1-2 days of your payment clearing paypal. All of their items also have warranties. Some items have up to a 3 year warranty and will be in the items description page. If for any reason an item would have to be returned, email me asap and I will do the paperwork and email you what you need and how about going to return your items properly. All items are New and in sealed packaging.

Some of our products we offer free shipping, such as jewelry, books and more! All of the direct shipping items do charge for shipping, however if we would by chance overcharge shipping costs of more than $1.00 we WILL REFUND you the difference. We have refunded customers 2 times so far. We do use usps and ups for shipping. We offer insurance on all our items to put your mind at ease to make sure you do get your items or get your money back if undelivered.

We do also offer the "Best Offers" on some of our products. We will honor most requests as long as the offer isn't under our product costs.  We do not want to make a HUGE profit from 1 item. We try to offer our products at low low prices. We believe in making our customers extremely happy with our products, shipping costs, shipping time, and product pricing. If there is an item you have been looking for and can not find it, please email us and we will go to our manufacturers and see if we can find that item for you.
