We try our best to make sure you receive your items as quickly as possible. However, you should be aware that we can not quarantee delivery times because of delivery by third parties. Method of Shipment: We ship orders Monday thru Friday. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. All items are normally shipped within 2 days. All Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2 to 3 days). All International orders are normally shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. (6 to 10 days). If you require shipment by UPS, we will accomodate you, as we also ship with UPS.

International Shipments: We will be happy to ship an order to any International destination. However, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping as well as all duties and taxes charged at the time of importation. By Federal Law, we are required to follow all export laws with respect to declaration and customs documentation.

Express Mail/Priority Mail: All USPS Express Mail, USPS Express Mail International, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Ground to Canada, or UPS Expediated Worldwide, is shipped the next business day after payment is received. Please note: PayPal, and Credit Card payments, qualify for next business day shipments, when USPS Express Mail, USPS Express Mail International, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Ground to Canada, or UPS Expediated Worldwide, is chosen and paid for.  All Priority Mail and UPS Ground Shipments are shipped within two days.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:  We package our items securely, in sturdy, protective containers, and ship with a delivery confirmation which indicates that the item has been placed into the mail stream. Further, the shipping/handling fees stated in the item descriptions include insurance for loss or damage in transit. All items are insured against loss or damage while in transit to you.

PLEASE NOTE: We use a private insurance company; U-PIC, for all insured shipments. This allows us to keep our shipping/insurance rates down and handle claims in a timely manner. Your package will not be labeled insured, but you can be certain you are receiving the insurance you've paid for.

Payment by PayPal or Credit Card: We adhere to the PayPal seller policies, in that we will only ship to a PayPal confirmed address. If you pay with PayPal, please do not ask us to ship to another non-confirmed address. If you pay by Credit Card, we will only ship to the verified address on file with the credit card.

Combined Shipping Rates:  We offer combined shipping rates, when multiple items are purchased. Mix or Match items, or categories. Reduced shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout. Fill the envelope! There are no added costs for shipping additional items, when USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground, is chosen.
