Do you offer layaway? (Domestic):
Unfortunately we are not able to offer layaway. eBay allows for a maximum payment time of 15 days. We accept credit cards through PayPal as well as directly online without using PayPal. Bill Me Later is also an option.

Where is my item? (Domestic):
We ship out daily and upload the tracking information immediately.

Where is my item? (International):
For USPS packages, you will not see detailed tracking after it has left the US. The delay is usually with the receiving country's customs. Please check with them using your tracking number. For first class packages it can take 4-8 weeks to arrive.

What is your return policy?:
We have a generous and simple 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us first then return your item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. For any US customers, we offer to send a prepaid mailing label to your email address.

Do you offer appraisals?:
For any item over $500, we will be glad to provide our certificate of guarantee when you purchase. Simply contact us immediately after your purchase and we will email you a copy as well as include one in your shipment. This includes a picture of the item along with item specifics and an approximate retail value.
For items less than $500, we can provide one for a $25 fee.

What are your gold and gem testing methods?:
We employ the latest digital technology, as well as traditional proven methods. Each piece of gold is individually inspected and tested with state of the art technology. If need be, gold purity is confirmed with traditional acid testing. Our gem-trained staff also uses the latest electronic equipment, as well as GIA recommended optical equipment to identify and inspect gemstones.

Why are your items so expensive?:
The majority of our items are made of solid gold or sterling silver. Therefore, the prices are reflective of the intrinsic metal value of each piece. In addition, emerging markets have caused diamond and precious gem prices to be on the rise.

What shipping option should I choose?:
That depends upon how fast you need the item. We ship Monday through Friday and fill out all forms electronically to speed the process as best we can from our end.

What type of international shipping options do you offer?:
We offer the following shipping options:

· First Class = 4-8 weeks. Does not have location based tracking. Note: Our insurance limits which countries we can ship to First Class.

· Priority = Typically 2-4 weeks. Boxed items. Does not have location based tracking.

· Express = Typically 1 week or less

· Fed Ex = Please send us your full address for a quote. Our merchant account give us deep discounts and we are happy to pass those along to you.

If a problem arises after I receive the item, what should I do?:
Please contact us first! We are there for you and want to help resolve any issue. Please do not have the piece altered in any way as we are unable to offer a return on altered items.
