| A:If the item you have purchased is the wrong size then we do allow for an exchange. However, you will need to pay for shipping. Returns are only acceptable in certain circumstances depending on the situation at hand. |

| A:Shipping is combined if purchasing more than one item. We also give a discount with multiple purchases. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:After purchasing your item we do our best to ship out your item in 1-3 days. Then depending on the location, it takes around 1-2 weeks for you item to arrive. International shipments tend to take longer than shipments within the United States. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping Charge? |

| A:Shipping differs for each of our items. However, the normal shipping cost of a shipment within the United States is $11 for 1 item, and $5 for every other item. As for international shipments, the normal price of a shipping is $35 and $15 for every other item. |
