We are a full service H-D Dealership and items do get sold, go out of stock, or are discontinued from time to time. In the event that this happens a customers money will be refunded or the customer can choose to wait until the item is available. We try to keep this from happening but it does happen from time to time.  Shipping Policy:

We process all orders in the order in which they were received. We try and ship all orders as fast as we can but please allow a few days for your tracking information to become available. We try and have all orders shipped within 5 business days or less of receiving them. Please remember that there is no shipping over the weekend. We are a full service Harley-Davidson Dealership so we try and have everything in stock but sometimes online items do get sold in our Dealership. Please understand that we may have to order an item from Harley to complete your order. All orders received after 12 p.m. on Friday will be processed at the start of the next week.
