||Due to our experiences with time wasters, we will cancel
any bid from those with a feedback rating of less than 5 and 100%, unless
the bidder has contacted us before bidding.
We realise that everyone has to start somewhere, but unfortunately there
are always some who have to spoil it for the rest through lack of understanding
of the auction/shipping processes or malicious bidding.
International bidders who's Country does not have a shipping cost listed
or those outside our listing's stated "Post to" area(s), MUST
contact us first for shipping costs.
Although Wisz Media Services
will endeavour to answer any questions asked, please do not leave it
to the last minute as we are not tied to our PC's and do spend much
of our time out in the real world. (Whilst we will try, if time permits,
we cannot guarantee to answer any questions sent less than 24 hours
before the close of an auction or outside normal working hours, especially
If you have a question, of any sort (including winning bidders questions),
please communicate via eBay's messaging system as we will not respond
to any communication outside of eBay, this includes those that have
used the "reply" function from a previous query/invoice etc.

This is to protect both the Buyer and Seller in the event of a dispute.

Whilst we are happy to answer any questions that have not been answered
in these "terms and conditions" and will do our best to meet our customers
wishes, please ask us before bidding
as we believe a bid is binding contract.
- We will not stop an auction
early for anybody (Unless offered a ridiculously large amount of money!).
- We do not accept offers on an item(s) that does not have the "best offer" option displayed in it's listing.
- We only accept the type of
payments stated in the listing.
- We will not deal with people
outside of Ebay, and will report any member trying to do so.
- We will offer a postage discount for multiple item purchases when
dispatched as 1 package/parcel, where possible.
- We do not levy a surcharge
- Most of our items sold as Ex MoD/Government surplus come from DSA
contractors and we therefore have no idea of their history, we will
however list any clues that we may find, such as head/meter hours

endeavours to functionally test all items sold by ourselves where possible
and will describe any defects that we come across, although it would
be impossible for us to test all items fully to the manufacturers specification
and therefore some may have minor defects that we may have missed, thus
All items described as "Used" are
sold void of any guarantee or warranty (unless otherwise stated) and
are therefore Sold as Seen.
Unless the Item is described as "New", we will only accept the return
of an Item where we have in-advertently missed a major fault or we have
incorrectly described the Item or the Item has been damaged during transit
(except for items shipped by a customer's own courier).
Wisz Media Services also
sell items on behalf of Third Parties
All items sold
on the behalf of Third Parties
are deemed as Sold as Seen.
Wisz Media Services therefore
accept no responsibility for any complaint made about these items. All
complaints must therefore be directed at the Third
Party holding title to these items (details of ownership
will be provided on receipt of a legitimate request).
All used mains
powered equipment sold by Wisz Media Services
are PAT tested for electrical safety, unless sold for Spares
or Repair only.
Please use the appropriate payment option:
Wisz Media Services will
only accept the
options mentioned above.
- PayPal (Prefered Option, no surcharge).
- Direct Bank Transfer (Bank details will be
given on request to winning bidders who are deemed responsible for
any bank charges incurred during transfer of funds).
- Payment by Post (Postal Order, Bankers Draft,
Goods will be shipped only after
payment has cleared (usually 5 working days for cheques etc.).
Please do not send
cash as this is against eBay's policy.
Please don't bid unless you are able to pay on close of auction - if
payment is not received within 7 days of end of auction, without good
reason, then the item will be relisted
and appropriate negative feedback will
Wisz Media Services do
not give "Second Chance Offers". If you receive an
email which appears to be from us, giving a "Second Chance Offer", it
is undoubtebly a scammer and we will take no responsibility for it (if
in doubt eMail us through eBay).
Wisz Media Services
ship item(s) to the buyers registered eBay/PayPal address unless the
item is of nominal value, i.e. less than £20. There are no exceptions,
this is both for your and our protection.
Wisz Media Services use recycled packaging materials/boxes
wherever possible, to keep our shipping costs to a minimum and we always
endeavour to pack our items to ensure that they reach their destinations
safely, although heavy/fragile items often require additional packing
This is always reflected in our quoted shipping costs. Please don't
just look at the cost of postage alone, remember that if you want your
item to reach you in same condition as it left us, then it will cost
us to pack it properly.
The Buyer should agree with our shipping
quotes before bidding.
Although our items are not packed until sold, we endeavour to estimate
the shipping quotes as accurately as possible and will refund any excess
if we believe they have been over-estimated (unfortunately Parcelforce
now use volume as well as weight to calculate overseas shipping costs,
hence a small but heavy item now costs just as much to send as a large
but light one - we get stung either way).
We will not enter into any discussion about shipping costs with the
buyer except those concerning multiple item discounts and international
We normally use Royal Mail or Parcelforce, but will arrange a courier
for larger/heavier items if required, but, as always, Please
Ask Before Bidding.
Please Note: We
will only despatch by courier on one day a week, as we may not be able
to afford the time to ensure someone is available during other times.
Wisz Media Services
also welcomes "cash and collect" for large and/or bulky items.
If a large and heavy item is marked "Prefer Buyer Collects"
in the listing, then although we would be happy to ship the item, packaged
in such a manner to ensure a reasonable chance of safe arrival, we would
take no responsibility for any items damaged or lost in transit, the
buyer would be furnished with the proof of shipping and would have to
pursue any claim against the shipping agent themselves.
Please Note: If
an item has the option for the "buyer to collect", then this
means that the "buyer" is allowed to collect "in person",
if the buyer wishes to arrange their own courier then the item will
be subject to the appropriate handling/packaging fee.
Although our auctions are usually listed for UK only, we may despatch
outside the UK if required, for the appropriate shipping cost (Unless
specifically stated UK Bidders Only
in the item description).
Wisz Media Services use
traceable services (except for items of nominal value), which satisfy
both eBay and PayPal's buyer/seller protection requirements.
International bidders must contact us for shipping costs before
bidding as shipping costs outside the UK are very expensive
for heavier items (especially over 2Kg).
As we require a signature on delivery outside the UK (except for items
of nominal value), we normally use Royal Mail Airsure (Where available
and up to 2Kg) or Parcelforce Global Priority (2 to 30Kg and for Countries
where Airsure is not available).
All items shipped outside the UK will be subject to the appropriate
compensation charge in case of loss or damage during shipment
Bidders who do not
contact us first will be charged the appropriate Parcelforce rate for
the item purchased.
All buyers outside the United Kingdom
are deemed responsible for any local import taxes that an item may incur.
We are happy to defer shipment for short periods of time if requested
(to cover holidays, business etc.), but, please ask before
In the event of an item being lost during
shipping, bidders are required to inform us if an item has not been
delivered within 1 Week of expected arrival date, within the UK, or
2 Weeks outside the UK. Suitable time must be left for the arrival of
an Item (Usually 25 working days) before Wisz
Media Services can pursue
the recovery of compensation from the shipping agent involved.

- As a seller we will leave feedback after the buyer has done so, to ensure the buyer is satisfied with the item.
- As a buyer we will leave feedback soon after the receipt and inspection
of the item purchased.
To ensure our reputation, we will endeavour to solve any problems,
which may arise, without the need to leave negative feedback.

of course give you credit for any amendments we are able to make with
