We partner with PayPal and Intuit for all financial transactions and payments must be received in full before orders ship.

- Visa, Mastercard and American Express payments are processed through Innovative Merchant Solutions (an Intuit company); all other credit card payments are accepted and processed through PayPal
- Check payments are accepted, but payments must be received and clear in the bank before items ship - including money orders and cashier checks. Expect 1-2 weeks mailing, processing and clearing time from the time you mail your payment.
- All returned/bounced checks (paper or electronic) are charged a processing fee of $25.

Shipping is obviously a necessity. However, we don't want to sell you shipping services. We are selling high-quality magic effects and strive to get them to you as fast and cost-effective as possible. For this reason we make use of USPS's shipping services to keep shipping costs low. Characteristics of our shipping service include:
- All orders ship within 2-3 business days
- USPS is our prefered shipping provider, occasionally we use UPS where necessary (i.e. heavy items)
- All orders ship with delivery and/or signature confirmations
- International orders have to pass through customs in your country of residence; please review any applicable import fees and custom processing durations (in addition to shipping durations); we can't influence either. Also, import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
- We have been selling internationally for several years and most shipments arrive on time. However, occasionally foreign custom processes delay arrivals; in such cases it can take up to 45 days (60 days for Italy) before shipments can be declared lost and payments refunded or orders reshipped.
While we do our best to always keep all products in stock, some items occasionally sell out before replacements arrive. In this case you will be notified within 24 hours with the option of a full refund.
