First and foremost I want to make collecting my art a pleasant experience, so I have set into place these policies.  My collectors are very important to me, I truly appreciate everyone who shares my vision.   I want my collectors to know that I promise to respond to any all questions personally within 12 hours of receipt.  I also want my customers to know that myself and my assistants will work hard to send your paintings in a timely fashion, within two business days after payment is received, and if there is ever a problem I want collectors to know that I will ALWAYS work with you to fix any problem.  

I just ask that bidders please uphold their end of the sale, by submitting payment timely and if for some reason there is ever a problem, please contact me first!  I will try and do any and everything I can to make you satisfied with your purchase, and happy with the service you receive!

All of my paintings are an original & unique piece of art work, 100% hand painted not prints of any kind!, Each piece is signed and dated on the front the Artist Destiny Womack.  Included is a certificate of authenticity with current gallery  price, which can be used for collectors who choose to insure their works.  All of my giclee prints are archival quality on fine art papers or canvases, signed on the front, and initialed and signed on the back. Also include Included is a certificate of authenticity.  Fine art prints are available, and are individually signed on the back and include a COA.

We have a scheduled UPS pickup, and we ship everyday to get your packages out as quickly as possible, and your painting will usually be shipped within two business days after payment is received.   If you need your painting sooner please just let me know we will be happy to check on overnight and next day delivery prices. 

All packages are shipped in specialty art boxes, packed in 1/2 big bubble wrap, and packed tightly in anti static packing peanuts for added security during shipment.  All rates  include full shipping insurance.

Because packages are fully insured we do not take responsibility for lost and/or damaged packages.  In the event that a package is lost or damaged we will make every effort to file an insurance claim for you, and you will be refunded upon completion of that claim.  If damage occurs during shipment please email us immediately,  and make sure to keep all packaging and documents included with your package, as well as all packing materials (including peanuts).  We will contact you with information about the claim process

The pictures in my auctions rarely reflect the actual beauty of each painting, but I do try to get as accurate an image as possible with my digital camera. Please be aware that due to everyone's individual monitors settings some colors may vary from monitor to monitor.  If you need a very specific color, please email me with all questions before you place a bid. 

Pictures of paintings in rooms are for wall color, and general decor example they are not intended as a reference to size.  You should always go on the actual measurements of the paintings given in each listing. I do encourage you ask all questions before placing a bid.

We offer a 7 Day MERCHANDISE CREDIT/EXCAHNGE. Please notify me within (3) days of Delivery to confirm & authorize return. Your painting must be safely returned within 7 days to be issued your credit -  You will be issued a credit/exchange for the original purchase price (excludes any shipping costs) which can be used on or towards the purchase of a different painting or custom painting service.  We do not give cash refunds - In the event of damge during return shipment a insurance claim must be filed, and credit can not be issued

I accept PayPal   - PayPal is the safest way to pay for your eBay merchandise for both the buyer and the seller!  - All Payments must be rec'd within 7 (days). 

I require bidders to contact me within (3) days to confirm their purchase, and specify intended payment method and date.  If no communication and or payment is received in that time, I will consider the sale void, and will either re-list the item, or offer it to the second highest bidder.
