A seller should be rated on the service, more than the product. The product showed up with some interesting packaging, but ultimately it was in good shape. It turned on and worked as a basic switch. Unfortunately, the POE of the switch didn’t work at all. I informed the seller and they immediately responded and we’re willing to take the switch back, no questions asked. However, Cisco honored the warranty making it a nonissue. I rate this seller highly, though deduct points for not testing.
