Item arrived broken and melted, the (glass) candle was shipped in a mailer envelope via USPS. When I contacted the seller to tell of the issue, I sent photos of the melted wax and shattered glass. I was told photos were not sufficient and I would I have to personally drive the item and packaging to the post office to get a refund. Poor packaging of a glass item which led to item being ruined, poor response to their own error. Refund only issued after I pressed.

Buyer's item arrived damaged, but was Insured. I Refunded Buyer & Filed USPS Ins Claim. Buyer said they'd go to USPS for verification. Buyer didn't go & I didn't get Ins $$. Dishonest Buyer
