Seller took 9 days to pack two mismatched, dissimilar pieces of quarter sawn white oak. One piece not at all as described, zero rays and zero flecking. Didn't respond to my complaint. If I return, seller keeps the $22 shipping fee for pkg that weighed less than 2 lb. Lesson learned, don't trust "stock photo" or jacked-up shipping charge.

If you have something,that regarded as new, wouldn't you pack it so no harm would become of it? Well... this wasn't packed that way. A little bubble wrap, and some air pillows.That is exactly why I said it wasn't new. shipping negateted my reason to refuse this item. After lookingI closer, at the LCD on the throttle display I saw the protective clear piece on it, meaning ..new! But packaging was very bad. I just want to return this item because of things that aren't just professional. Thank you
