Feedback Policy
1) Customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the transaction, please let us know before leaving feedback, and we'll do what we can to make it right. Feedback aside, we'd still like to know if there's anything that could possibly be done differently. This will help your as well as other's future purchases.
2) A transaction for us is complete when you are satisfied with your eBay transaction. The only way we can know is if you tell us, either by e-mail, eBay message, or by leaving feedback. When any of the above occur, we will leave feedback appropriate to the transaction. It may not always be personalized, but it will be appropriate.
3) PLEASE, NO FEEDBACK GRUBBING! Feedback is NOT always left immediately. Our 1st priority is shipping out paid items and answering questions, as well as maintaining listings. Soemtimes (not often) it may be 2-3 weeks until reciprocal feedback is left. Be assured we didn't forget or are ignoring you, we simply haven't gotten around to it yet. Please DO NOT beg for feedback, it will be left eventually.
4) Feedback you leave will not necessarily affect feedback left by us. If, even after contacting us, we failed to satisfy your transaction and you leave negative/neutral feedback, that does not necessarily mean we will also leave negative/neutral feedback. As stated above, the feedback left will be appropriate to your part of the transaction.
5) With respect to feedback, PLEASE keep the following in mind:
How quickly we shipped items is determined by the POSTMARK, NOT how
long it took to get to you.
Compare when we shipped it to when you paid (or e-check cleared) We try to
ship within 2 business days.
Compare postage paid by us on shipping label to shipping paid by you.
Feedback cannot be changed once left.
If you are unsatisfied for ANY reason, please give us the opportunity to rectify the situation BEFORE leaving feedback. Believe it or not, your satisfaction is one of our PRIMARY goals. If you're happy, you'll be back as well as recommend us to others.
Our part of the transaction includes:
a) Accurate representation of product and associated costs.
b) Communication before, during, & after the sale.
c) Packaging of the items, offering shipping options, etc.
d) Getting the item to the shipping carrier.
Our part of the transaction DOES NOT include:
Communications delayed because of network problems (eBay, AOL, or your e-mail network, spam filters, etc.)
Delays in shipment due to untimely, lost, delayed payments.
Delays in shipments while checks are waiting to clear PayPal.
Transit time of carrier- This one is a biggie. Every purchaser gets notified, either by the carrier
or by us that a shipment has been sent, along with the date. How long it actually takes to get
there is entirely out of our control, and must not be taken into consideration.
Feedback regarding the carrier's transit time, or any part of the shipping process that does not involve us (item left on porch & got wet, shipped international economy post & not received, took 3 weeks to get here, had to go to PO because they wouldn't leave at house, etc.) WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!
We ship most items next business day, and ALL members receive e-mail of when an item is shipped.

US:
1st class: 2-10 BUSINESS days (yes, small packages are considered parcels, even if mailed 1st class)
Priority Mail: 2-3 days
Parcel Post: 2-9 days
UPS: 1-6 days (see www.ups.com for specifics)
International:
1st class parcel: 4-10 Business days
Gloabal Priority mail: 4-10 business days
Global express Mail: 2-4 business Days
