Packaging

Most of our craft supplies are pretty durable, and can take a pretty good beating during shipment.
We package them with protection as required so they arrive to you in good condition.
Most of the time it's just some newspaper or bubble wrap for more fragile items, but often it will be nothing but the items in a box.
Rest assured that we didn't just slap it in a box and send it out, thought WAS given to the packaging requirements, as well as trying to keep the weight down to reduce your shipping costs.

Shipping boxes:
We recycle everything possible, as well as try to use the lightest package type possible to keep your shipping costs minimum.  We ship in everything from Girl Scout cookie boxes to large TV boxes, depending on the size of the items and the protection required.  The packaging may not be the most professional looking, but in return, you don't have to pay professional looking prices either. "There might me a little dust on the bottle, but don't let it fool you 'bout what's inside"

IF YOU EVER receive an item and it did not arrive in condition other than specified in the listing LET US KNOW immediately.

We've shipped around the world and have NEVER (to date) had someone tell us that a shipment didn't arrive with their items in optimal condition.  That doesn't mean it won't happen, but I believe it does show that we adequately package our products.

Of course, we can't be responsible for lost or non-delivered shipments once they're in the carrier's control, but that's up to you whether you'd like to purchase a trackable method as well as insurance, all of which is available at the invoice. (USPS shipments are NOT currently trackable in-transit, only proof of mailing & delivery)
