We sell a wide variety of Self Hypnosis sessions on CD, designed to help with various health, personal and professional issues, as well as a few that are just for fun. These CDs allow you the benefit of being hypnotised by a profession Hypnotherapist, without the high price tag which is usually attached!

We also stock a range of beautiful New Age music CDs (some mixed with the beautiful sounds of nature), which provide the ideal background for meditation and contemplation, for massage, or for holistic therapies such as Reiki. These CDs also make great sleep aids, or  just simply music to lit back and relax to.

You will also find a large range of fabulous Natural Sound CDs, containing sounds ranging from Frogs to Rain, from Ocean sounds to sounds of the Amazonian Rainforest. These CDs are pure bliss!

Additionally, we sell a variety of miscellaneous CDs, DVDs and CD ROMs based around the themes of Natural Health and wellbeing, Holistic Healing and Self Help.
