| A:Yes! But you must email me BEFORE you pay - I'm happy to find you the best shipping rates with Canada Post. Sorry, I CANNOT adjust shipping after you've paid. See my shipping page for info on rates. |
| Q:When will my fabric arrive? |

| A:It depends where you live. Canadian orders will take about a week to arrive. US ORDERS ARE INTERNATIONAL and take about two to three weeks depending on how fast your package clears customs and is handled by USPS. Overseas - UK is a week, Australia a week to 10 days. |
| Q:When were my fabrics mailed? |

| A:24 hours after you paid me. Before emailing me PLEASE check your email for confirmation from ebay and PayPal "click and ship" and any tracking numbers. Only Expedited Parcel shipping has online tracking. |

| A:Did you pay extra for tracking? Without it there is really nothing I can do. Please wait patiently as they are on their way. |
| Q:How much is insurance? |
|
| A:Shipping with insurance to the US is $8.50 for up to 3 yards. There is no cheaper option, no matter how small the package.
For Canadian packages, it is not possible to insure lettermail. The cheapest option is either parcel post (price depends on your province) or registered mail (additional US $7) |
| Q:Do I need insurance? |
|
| A:Yes. Most people want a refund if their package goes missing. I am a fabric seller not an insurance company so please do not ask me to personally insure you against postal losses!! |
