 Q: If I order a quantity greater than 1, will I receive continuous yardage?
  A: Maybe. Many of my listings will specify whether or not continuous yardage is available. If you require a long cut of fabric, please send me a note from the item page and I will double check to ensure I can meet your needs. Most of the time I can provide continuous yardage.
 Q: How many yards of fabric fit in the new Priority Mail Flat-Rate PADDED Envelope?
  A: 8 Yards Regular Cotton 4 Yards Flannel
 Q: How do you store your inventory?
  A: I have a VERY LARGE fabric studio in my smoke-free and pet-free home. I have over 2,000 fabric bolts that are neatly stored on shelves similar to how you would see them displayed in a retail store. I take very good care of my textiles to ensure you receive them in excellent condition.
 Q: What is your returns policy?
  A: Generallly speaking, I do not accept returns. If there is a problem with your purchase (e.g., wrong item sent or item not as described) I will accept a return. Please contact me ASAP if you are unsatisfied with your purchase and I will be happy to work things out with you! :)
 Q: What is a CLEARED payment?
  A: When paying via eCheck through Paypal it takes a LONG TIME for the check to clear (just like a paper check you would write). I cannot ship items paid with eChecks until Paypal notifies me they have cleared. I highly recommend NOT using eChecks if at all possible.
 Q: My shipping charges don't look right - do you combine multiple item purchases?
  A: Yes, absolutely! We are always happy to combine shipping charges!! :) Please request an updated invoice BEFORE you pay, as eBay now assess fees based on shipping fees EVEN IF I REFUND YOU WHAT YOU OVERPAID. I wish their system was sophisticated enough to calculate it properly, but it is not. :(
 Q: How quickly do you ship your orders?
  A: I ship VERY QUICKLY! :) Unless there is inclement weather or I am out of town (you will see my vacation notice on my listings) I ship either the same day or next business day (including Saturdays) after CLEARED payments have been received.
