The product was damaged when I received it I spoke with the person who sold this to me. He apologized. I’m sure he would not have sent it to me already damaged. The end of the box was smashed, so I’m sure it happened during shipping, but he offered me a full refund and did not expect the product back to me that is great customer service, and I will definitely use him in the future

What a great experience! I needed the part ASAP since I had a trip coming.
