RETURN

Our return policy is clearly stated in every auction. Return is accepted if the item(s) is/are deemed defective, specifically not as described or the incorrect item was shipped. Please contact us via e-mail within 5 days per *delivery confirmation for returns. All sales are final after 5 days. Buyer must obtain authorization before returning an item via e-mail. Item(s) must be returned within 14 business days per *delivery confirmation.

*Delivery Confirmation is ONLY used in the United States

Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping and shipping fee initially paid for when shipped to the buyer. Shipping is not refundable unless product is deemed defective, specifically not as described or the incorrect item was shipped to you.

If for any reason you need to return a product, you may do so by sending it back to us at World Boutik . Our mailing address will be provided upon authorization of return. All items are processed by our return team within 2 business days of receipt. Your Buy it Now or winning bid amount will be refunded via PayPal.

EXCHANGE

Since our inventory fluctuates, we cannot always guarantee availability of products for exchanges. You may contact us in advance via e-mail to find out the likelihood of exchange availability. To request an exchange send your item(s) back to us at World Boutik . Our mailing address will be provided upon authorization of exchange.

If exchanging, buyer is responsible for paying ALL return shipping fees. When returning your item please include shipping name and address, item style, color and size you are exchanging for and the return shipping fee via PayPal.

Exchanges are NOT permitted on international shipping EXCEPT for Canada.

World Boutik reserves the right to refuse ANY return or exchange. Returned or exchanged item(s) must be in the original sellable condition. Used, handled, worn item(s) will NOT be accepted.
