Shipping
Regular shipping is FREE for all US orders. International orders are welcome but not shipped for free. Regular shipping charge applies to all International shipping. Free delivery applies to any order, regardless of the number of items or dollar value of the items you purchase. Your shipment will be processed the next business day.
We will combine items for you for free with no additional charges. Insurance will be included for all shipments. We are generally not responsible for any items that are lost, damaged or stolen while in transit, but we would be happy to assist you when filing an insurance claim for lost / damaged items with the shipping company concerned. When your items ships, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority! You may return your item for ANY reason, no explanation necessary. If you are not satisfied, simply return within 7 days after receipt and you will receive a full refund less all shipping / handling.
Return Instructions: Please send the package to the address on your packing slip / receipt via an insured & trackable method such as, USPS, DHL, UPS or FedEx. Properly pack the merchandise and include the jewelry tag, copy of the receipt and gemological report (if applicable). Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Refunds are generally made within 10 business days. (excluding weekends & holidays).
