We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the continental US. Please verify your shipping address prior to checkout as we are unable to make any changes once checkout is complete. Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. In-stock items are estimated to arrive within 3-7 business days with delivery occurring Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Please keep in mind that adverse weather conditions, remote delivery locations and carrier delay could cause your actual delivery time to be slightly longer. Most packages will require an adult signature for delivery. You will receive an email confirmation of your order within 24 hours of placing your order and an additional email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Most orders are processed by our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Please note that once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled and shipment information cannot be changed. Our warehouses, shipping carriers and customer contact center are closed on major holidays. Upgraded delivery options will be added when selected. *Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and International Addresses.

Expedited shipping options are available and may be selected during the checkout process. You will be charged for the cost of the upgraded service. Enhanced shipping options such as next-day air are dependent upon your order and the delivery address. Please allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses. Specialized Freight Shipping for Large Items (including TVs over 37”):
Items that require special freight shipping will be delivered via a specialty freight carrier and require a signature. You will be contacted prior to delivery to schedule arrangements via email or telephone. Please carefully inspect your package and its contents upon receipt and refuse the shipment if there is damage to the product. Remote addresses may incur additional transportation fees; please call 1.866.961.7781 if you have extraordinary delivery requirements.
Damaged Items
If your item is damaged in transit, please refuse the package and contact us at onlinesales@wwstereo.com. Our representatives will assist you with obtaining a replacement product. Please note, if you are receiving a large freight item from us, you have the right to visually inspect the item for freight damage before signing for it. If a claim for damage is made after the item has already been signed for, we may not be able to provide a replacement or a refund.
