Seller told me the tarps were true to size 16'X20'. Tarps received were 15'9"X19'9". I reached back out to seller and they said tarps will be .39 to 1.18 inches short. Why are my tarps 3" short on both ways. I will not recommend this seller. I have asked for a refund and have not received confirmation from the seller yet.

Received the roof rails, all attached fine except for one cover, have messaged this seller twice due to this defective item and have not gotten a response. Picture attached to show the defective part that will not affix properly. Very disappointed in this seller and their lack of responding and addressing the defective part.

Do NOT Buy from this seller … i wish i would have read the reviews on this one smh … im not the only one 🤦♂️ … long story short i ordered lawn mower tires n ups never received them … until days later and aftr they wer suppose to be delivered i asked for a refund … aftr i already purchased others …ironically ups received them to ship almost a week later … now i suppose i am gonna be goin down same path to get my money back and deal w extra set of tires that i do not need now or want !!!!!!!!
