Our retail/internet/mail order warehouse is in the Gorman, California area between Los Angeles and Bakersfield. All items are available for local pick up, but please contact us to make arrangements before hand.

Items are usually in stock/available at the time a listing is posted. We do sell through multiple channels and sometimes we may run out of an item before we can remove a listing. If an item is out of stock, or back-ordered, we will let you know right away and we can immediately refund your purchase, or substitute for another item at your request.

Please Note: Some items (like D&D exhausts, MRD exhausts, and Heli bars) are made to order and can have up to a 2-3 week lead time while they're being built. Please check the shipping times on the 'shipping and payment' tab to check your item's shipping lead time.

If an item is damaged or incorrect from what was ordered, we will pay for all shipping and handling to get you the correct part ASAP. If you decide that you don't want an item, we will offer you a free exchange, less shipping, or you can return your item for a refund less shipping and a 20% restocking fee. All exchanges and returns must be in the original packaging, with all directions & accessories, in new condition. Please contact us with any questions at 800-990-BIKE or 661-248-1400. We will leave you positive feedback as soon as payment is received, and would like your positive feedback once you get your item.

StarCycle USA Return Policy

Exhausts & Hard Parts:
If you receive an incorrect or defective item due to our error, we will exchange the item as quickly as possible at our expense.

If you choose to return an item because you have "changed your mind" and want to exchange it, you will be responsible for all shipping charges and there may be a restocking charge of up to 20%.

Apparel, Helmets, Boots, Gloves, Etc.
Please be sure of your size and color when ordering. If we ship you the wrong item because of our error, we will exchange it as quickly as possible at our own expense.

If you order the wrong size or color, or change your mind, you will be responsible for all return shipping and a restocking charge.

Complete Inventory Specific Policies

  • Please contact us for return authorization within 7 days of receipt of item.
  • We will not accept returns of any part or item that has been used in any way.
  • Returned items must include original packaging.
  • Please include a copy of your invoice or Ebay transaction.
  • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless there was a defective item or an error on our part.
