| Q:Estimated delivery date has passed, where is my item? |

| A:Please keep in mind that is just an estimate and is provided by eBay and the USPS.
We do our absolute best by shipping it within 1 business day. We do everything in our power to make sure it gets there in a timely manner. =) |
| Q:Can I get my tracking number? |

| A:In most cases, we will automatically upload it into eBay. If for any reason you don't receive the tracking number, please don't worry as we stand behind all of our products. For domestic customers, if you do not receive your order within 5 business days, please contact us and we'll get you a refund or a replacement. =) |

| A:Please keep in mind that all international orders can take anywhere from 7-30 days for delivery. We do what we can by shipping it out within our listed time frame. If you do not receive your item within 21 of shipment, please email us. |

| A:Please just contact us requesting if you would like us to send a replacement or a refund and we will get it taken cared of for you. There is no need to send back the broken product. =) |
| Q:When can I expect my order to ship? |

| A:Once payment is made and cleared by Paypal, all orders take 2-5 business days to ship out. We require 2-5 business days to process, build and test your product. |
