At Wynn Art Studio, we believe that the process of Customer Commitment begins with the Seller, and doesn't end when the Buyer leaves Positive Feedback.. we want returning customers, and we strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

We work hard to earn our Positive feedback comments, and  resolve any issues within reason.

    Here's our Selling Process/ Selling Philosophy:

  1. Seller posts item for sale with an accurate description, and photos of the actual item for sale.  We do not post any "Like-items".  This eliminates any misconceptions of the item.
  2. Seller monitors auction in order to answer any questions from potential Buyers/bidders.
  3. Potential customers view our Terms and Agreements of auction and place Bid on item.  If customers do not agree with the terms of auction, they must Contact Seller BEFORE they bid, and ask relevent questions about the auction, Shipping and Handling, additional fees (these fees are listed in the auction, and include: Insurance, Signature/Delivery Confirmation, applicable international shipping fees, special packaging and/or documentation fees, etc.),etc. By Bidding, the potential buyer (you) are entering into a legal binding contract to pay the amount of your bid, plus Shipping and Handling fees listed in the auction. These fees Will Be clearly printed in the Auction.
        **We ask that Potential Buyers/Bidders compose their e-mails to us in English; although on-line translators are available to us, we have discovered that translating e-mails takes up a lot of our time, and to date, hasn't increased sales. Please respond in English, since all of our sales are conducted in English.  We do not accept responsiblity for your translator not performing a 100% accurate and comprehesive translation of our Terms and Agreements, item description, etc.    US law and International Customs Laws apply to all of our auctions.  Please do not ask us to attempt something illegal or immoral.  We are a small business with professional, Corporate level work ethics and values!
  4. Auction Ends! <some Buyers may have Automatic Notification of Winning Bid selected under their preferences.  If this is the case, you're asking Ebay to send an e-mail each time you win an auction.  Other settings are Outbid, Auction ended, etc.
  5. Seller Notifies Winning Bidder of winning status < this is set up automatically at our Ebay Store.
  6. Buyer sends us payment by PayPal, or Certified Check. Sorry, but we Do Not accept Personal Checks! As of 15 January 2009, Ebay no longer allows sells made by Money Order!  Payment is due No Later than 7 days from End of Auction.  We will send payment reminders.  If payment has not be received by the 10th day after auction, and Buyer hasn't e-mailed us with comments that payment was sent, we will file a Dispute with Ebay for Unpaid Bidder.
  7. If item is paid by PayPal, skip to number 9
  8. If item is to be paid by Certified Check. Winning Bidder is request to e-mail us, and let us know to expect payment in the mail.  Buyer then sends payment with a copy of the Invoice to our address, which we include in our following correspondence e-mails to the Winning Bidder:  Notification of winning auction, Invoice, Payment Reminder, or other automatic generated e-mails from our Ebay Store.
  9. Payment is received by Seller.
  10. Funds are verified and clear our bank.  This fulfills payment obligation of Buyer, and appropriate (positive) Feedback will be left for the Buyer.  **

    **Note:  if extra attention is required by the Seller to receive payment, and have the Buyer fulfill payment obligations, the Seller may elect to hold off on providing Feedback until the Buyer leaves Positive Feedback First.

  11. Item is packaged by the Seller and a Shipping Label is generated.
  12. An automatic e-mail is sent from the Seller to the Buyer when Shipping Label is created.  This e-mail will include the Tracking Number for the Shipped item.  A few days after Shipment date, the Buyer can go to the appropriate shipper website ( www.USPS.com or www.UPS.com ), click on their Track Shipment feature, and Cut/Paste the tracking number to get updates of the status of their shipment.
           Note:  The Seller does not take responsibility of the shipping company's practices and procedures.  Seller does not have any control of delivery times and service provided by the shipping company.  If you need your item in 3 days, elect to pay for Express service.  If you neglected to pay for insurance on your item, and it arrived damaged, it is your responsibility to resolve your dispute with the shipping company.  If you did pay for Insurance, and something gets damaged by the shipping company, we will assist you with your claim; however, the claim must be initiated by the Buyer, as dictated by the shipping company's Insurance Claim procedures.
  13. Item arrives at Address provided by Buyer. Signature Delivery Confirmation is used on our shipments.
  14. Buyer leaves appropriate feedback for the Seller.  If there are issues to be discussed, Buyer contacts Seller via e-mail to discuss those issues Prior to leaving negative feedback.  If Negative feedback is given by the Buyer prior to any resolution of the problem, we will not negotiate to resolve the issue...  E-mail us, and we will attempt to resolve any issues prior to getting penalized with negative feedback.

** If the Buyer neglected to pay for item within the 7 days after end of auction, but eventually pays for item after several reminders or after a dispute has been initiated, the Seller will wait for the Buyer to leave feedback first. This is to reduce the amount of Retalitory Feedbacks that we must request Ebay to remove.
For Example:  if the Seller has sent 3 payment reminders, and had to initiate a Non-pay Bidder dispute,,, and the Buyer eventually pays for the item after 15 or more days after auction closing, then the Buyer may leave a Negative Feedback to retaliate against us filing a dispute with Ebay. 
Their Feedback may read:  Seller harrassed me for payment!
Our Feedback will read:  All Auctions state: Payment NLT 7 days after end of auction. NPB dispute. BEWARE!
We will follow this with a note of how many days it took to receive payment, that buyer failed to communicate/respond to our e-mails, etc.

Avoid the process of removing a bad mark on your records by:

  • Aiming to fulfill your obligations as we strive to fulfill ours &
  • Communicating any problems with us, the Seller.  E-mails can resolve a lot of problems.  Keep in mind, after the auction has ended, we will not renegotiate the price of the item or lower the cost of shipment.

Keep in mind, if an item is unpaid, and a dispute has not been resolved, we can not resale the item, because we commited to selling to the Highest Bidder (Winning Bidder); Therefore, we have to restock and store the item, and absorb the initial Listing Fees of Ebay until the dispute is settled, and one of the following occurs:
-Either the Winning Bidder pays for the item and everything is settled
-or-
-the Non-Pay Bidder Dispute is settled. 


What happens with a Non-Pay Bidder Dispute: 

For the Seller (Wynn Art Studio): Ebay will eventually issue us (the seller) a Final Value Credit for the item (but we've lost the advantage on any seasonal sale or other bidders that were out-bid by the winning bidder who refused to pay).  We have to waste our valuable time to relist the item, and send individual Second Chance Offers to the bidders who were outbid by the Non Pay Bidder.  In most cases, if a bidder has been outbid by someone else, they find another item for sale by someone else, and bid on it;  Therefore, we have lost them as a potential customer for this item, and as a future, repeat customer.  This is why we will leave Negative Feedback for the Non Pay Buyer!  Any Non Pay Bidder for our auctions will be blocked from bidding on any of our future auctions.

For the Buyer:  You will receive a Negative Feedback rating for a Non Paid Item.  Your account may be suspended by Ebay from 30 to 120 days.  Everyone who views your feedback will know that you did not pay for your item.  Some sellers block UserIDs that have any negative or neutral feedback, or Non Paid Items within a certain timeframe. The Non Pay Bidder will be blocked from any future auctions listed by Wynn Art Studio.

If you have a total of 3 Non Paid Auctions, your account will be permanently revoked, and you will not be able to re-register on Ebay.

Non Pay Bidders waste our time as well as the time of other Ebay customers.  This is why we apply Appropriate Feedback to all of our sales. None of the above information is intended to intimidate or discourage anyone from placing a bid on any auction. We find it best to be upfront and honest with all of our customers.

What happens to Buyers who fulfill their obligations as set forth in our Auctions:   We have numerous customers who keep coming back to our Ebay store for future purchases.  We've taken on consignment artwork projects for them, and continue to maintain a friendly relationship through e-mail.
