I ordered the hats, the next day I sent pictures/logo to his email, the following day he had them made and sent them and I just received them I think no later than a week after ordering them. AVOID this seller. They shipped a vinyl sheet to me 2 times and cannot get it right. 1st attempt the vinyl sheet was put in a plastic bag and was crushed. 2nd shipment was in a triangle box, crushed again. I told the seller to put the vinyl in a cardboard tube like all other sellers do with paper items. Seller does not understand this. I ask for a refund and got it. They said they were going to ship a 3rd vinyl sheet and it never came. Wasted 2 weeks on project with a deadline.

Dear Customer I'm sorry we wasted your time with this order it is not our intention to do that to any client as we take our reviews very seriously on any platform. We did try to rectify the situation by sending a second sticker out in a USPS triangle box and to our surprise when you said that was damaged and you wanted a refund there were no question asked and promptly refunded your money and instructed you to keep the sticker I hope it worked out for you in the end.
