This warranty applies only to cases manufactured by XCase Corporation
-
XCase Corporation warranty is simple; your case is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product
-
XCase provides a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, that you will receive the case you purchased, and as described in our listings, if not we will replace and pay all incurred shipping fees
-
If a defect is due to faulty manufacturing or materials, XCase will take appropriate action and repair or replace your case at no charge
-
Damage from normal wear & tear, misuse, negligence, accident, alterations, modified, tampering or otherwise, is not covered by manufacturer warranty and is the sole responsibility of the purchaser

XCase Corporation is not liable for any direct, special, consequential or incidental damage arising from personal damage, loss or injury, either to person or property, caused by product defect
-
Buyer pays all shipping and insurance for shipping warranted products for repair
-
This warranty does not cover products sold "As Is"

All Stated Shipping Costs are based on items shipped within the continental United States.

No shipments can be delivered to P.O, F.P.O, or A.P.O addresses

We do not ship internationally

We ship via our account only - no exceptions

We will now ship to Puerto Rico, please contact us for shipping quotes to these areas, please provide your postal / zip code so that we may provide a quote

Buyer is Responsible for all shipping costs

Refund & Return Policy

Customer must contact XCase for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number within 5 business days of receipt of item if case received is not as described
-
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
-
Original shipping charges incurred at time of sale are not refundable
-
A 20% re-stocking fee will be assessed on all case returns
-
All returns must be received by us within 10 business days of issuance of RMA
-
Refunds will be returned to customer based on the original method of payment
-
It is the customers responsibility to return product in the same, new condition that it was received and to pack well (double box) and insure contents. If your return product is not properly packed or insured and damage results during return transit, it will be the customers responsibility

If your case is not returned in new, sellable condition, additional fees will be assessed
-
Custom ordered cases cannot be returned, unless final foam to foam dimensions do not significantly match with customers order verification, or as stated or customers original invoice
