| a. the items listed on the inventory sheet are will be exclusively available |

| for sale on Ebay, for a 7 day on line auction. |

| b. Items owned by the client/seller will be photographed with Image editing |
| detailed descriptions prepared, HTML enhanced for eBay, and researched |
|
| in eBay for similar sales. There will be a minimum service charge (see below) |
| for each item listed, whether or not they sell. This does include a one time |
|
| relisting service for any unsold item. Items over $ 200.00 may be more |
|
| depending on other eBay services selected. |
|
|

|
|
| c. Large items such as furniture will be held by the client/seller and must be |
|
| kept in the same condition as they were when photographed. When sold to |
|
| an Ebay customer, the pick up arrangements or shipping arrangements are |
|
| to be made between the client/seller and Ebay buyer. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
|
| d. During the auction, all questions from Ebay buyers will go directly to the |
|
| Ebay trading assistant XOXmas, and answers returned via email or phone. |
|
| Any questions will be forwarded to the client/seller at their request. However, |
| every effort to answer all questions are to be made within a 24 hour period. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| e. Honesty is very important, to me and to Ebay. Misleading, inaccurate or |
|
| deliberately incomplete descriptions can not be tolerated. Any defects, |
|
| damages or flaws should be fully disclosed in the listing, including scratches, |
| repairs, dents or breaks. If possible pictures of any less than perfect |
|
| disclosures should be recorded to send to potential buyers upon their |
|
| request, or shown in the auction. |
|

| f. A listing agreement must be completed and signed before the listing will |
|
| become live on Ebay. It is for the sole purpose determining the what, when, |
| how much, and where it will be, and how the monies will be paid prior to any |
|

| Insertion fees for a maximum of two listing periods (typically 7 days) will be |
| a part of the service charge above. After two listing periods, the actual |
|
| Ebay insertion fees will be added to the total, sold or unsold. However, prior |
| to a third listing, the client/seller will be consulted for permission to continue, |
| and consideration of a different pricing structure should also be addressed. |
