Shipping Policy:
In stock
items are processed & shipped within 1-2 business days. If there is a back
ordered item, we will notify the customer immediately.
Shipping Insurance:
Shipping
insurance is optional but highly recommended, we are not responsible for items
that are not insured. Shipping insurance covers the item costs only, it does not
cover the shipping & handling charges.
International Customers:
We recommend Express and Priority mail international for faster delivery to worldwide destinations. First class mail may take long time for delivery
and it does not provide real time tracking. Please
include your phone number with payment, to ensure prompt delivery of your
item. International customers responsible for taxes/duties in their respective
countries.
Delivery/Transit Time:
Estimated delivery time is provided for your
information.

Item availability/Stock Note:
We sell these items through various channels, eBay,
online, offline, sales reps and distribution. If we are sold out or back ordered
for an item, our liability is limited to issue full refund for the item and
cancel the transaction.
Unpaid Items:
We expect buyers to pay for their purchases within 7
days. If item is unpaid till 8th day, we will file an unpaid item dispute and
re-list that item. This may result in account strike or suspension from eBay.
Undelivered Packages:
We
encourage buyers to have an updated shipping address on file with eBay and
Paypal. All packages are shipped to customer's address provided on payment
confirmation page. A tracking number is available upon request. We do not
change/ship to any other address. In case of returned/undeliverable package
following conditions apply;

Package may be re-shipped, provided that buyer pay the
shipping costs to re-ship that package.

Buyer may request refund of item price only, shipping & handling will not be refunded.

Returns:
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If
you are not satisfied with your purchase. You may return it for exchange or
refund within return period (usually 3-7 business days). Following terms apply to all returns/exchange.

Customer must obtain RMA (Return merchandise authorization) before returning
the products. Email us.

Packages returned without authorization will not be accepted or processed.

items cannot be processed for return/exchange.

Sterile items are not eligible for return/exchange, if the seal is
broken/opened.

Customer is responsible for return postage/shipping.

Returns subject to inspection. A 20% restocking may apply, unless the
merchandise is defective.

Return processing may take
5-7 business days. Buyer's account will be with
credited for item costs. Shipping is non-refundable.
