Item was significantly better quality than I had been expecting, was very well and carefully packed to avoid any (even minor) damage in shipping, and arrived very quickly. I particularly would recommend this store for Jinhao fountain pens. I earlier ordered the wrong model and the seller immediately agreed to cancel when I requested this, and did so refunding my payment, even though they could not be sure I would reorder (I did), a good sign.
