New e-bay policy: Items must be insured, and cost can be added to shipping or price of item. Before this policy, I let the buyer decide if they wanted insurance, which kept costs lower. I will add insurance to the shipping cost, once this policy goes into effect. I am sorry for this extra expense, but it is not my policy but e-bay policy. Payment should be made within 3 days.
