| Q:When can I expect my item to arrive? |

| A:U.S. BIDDERS: We ship using USPS Priority Mail (unless otherwise noted) and delivery takes 2-3 days.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: Delivery takes 6-10 business days (weekends excluded) when using Priority Mail.
Delivery time takes 5 business days (weekends excluded) when using Express Mail. |
| Q:How can I track my item? |

| A:On your "Won" items page on Ebay - click on the the item you want to track. At the top of the page, click on "View Order Details". Tracking number will be listed underneath "Shipping". You can click on the number for the latest update on the status of your item. If it's not dispayed - check back again, your item hasn't been shipped yet. |
| Q:Why hasn't my item arrived yet? |

| A:Please check the tracking - as explained above. Or you can do it manually by going to www.usps.com - clicking on TRACK&CONFIRM and entering your tracking number.

| A:Please visit my store to see if I may be on vacation and that is why I haven't responded. I always notify my buyers when I am out of town - and there would be a message at the top in my store with the details. Please be patient - I will get back to you as soon as I return. |
