Buyer must contact Yarnbow within one week of receiving item for any return inquiries. Returns must be in original condition they are shipped in and with no sign of use.
Please be advised that we do not refund shipping/handling fee unless shipped product description was inaccurate.
We do not withhold restocking fee from buyer. We never gain from merchandise returns but always share your disappointment and do everything possible for you to avoid wrong purchase. In case it happened, we guarantee you a hassle free return transaction.
