While we make the best efforts to make your shopping online experience as friendly as in person and do our best to display the accuracy of color on our pictures and provide accurate descriptions of our products, we are unable to determine all variables involved in reproducing colors on other monitors

Please take care in selecting colors and do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have before you make your final buying/bidding decision!

The products you see are all in stock, not backorders, and ready to be shipped USPS with delivery confirmation at the address outlined in the PayPal confirmation page.

Special orders available for current yarns/colors only, however we do require a minimum quantity of 10 balls/hanks. 

Loss of uninsured items will be solely at buyer's risk, or if the shipment gets lost or damaged when the buyer is out of town or moves when the parcel is attempted to be delivered; please make neccessary arrangements with your local postal carrier to ensure safe delivery of your order.

Freight & Payment Terms

All orders will be shipped via USPS within 1 business day after payment is received/cleared; e-checks submitted through PayPal require 3-4 business days to clear.
Overnight shipping available, if requested, at buyer's own expense. 

Once notification of payment had been received, shipping process will begin - we can not hold your parcel - to be shipped at a later time; 

Shipping charges are combined for multiple winning bids/purchases for transactions within 5 days only with a single combined payment;

International buyers, please inquire for a shipping quote, however all international shipments are subject to $7.90 USPS registration fee;

International shipping can be delayed depending on the customs clearance of destination country and may have additional duties and other fees due upon delivery; these fees are the responsability of the recipient and cannot be prepaid;

All customs forms will be filled out with the price paid for the item;

Method of payment is PayPal, US funds only;

Pick up is not available at this time. 

Returns are accepted within ten days if an item is defective due to a manufacturer's error or provided that there was an error in our shipment.

All payments are due 5 days after end of transaction, Buy it Now or Auction style listings and completing the transaction in a timely manner is greatly appreciated!
