After melting out the wax pattern the investment cast is removed from the kiln. And immediately the molten Gold or Silver is poured into the cavity or shell.

Brake Out

Then the investment cast is removed from the Gold or Silver and the Masterpiece is revealed.

Chasing

Completing the chasing process for maximum detail and perfection.

 

 Cleaning & Polishing

Then smoothing away mold marks and blemishes of any kind. Fine hand polishing to perfection. Completing the casting process and ready to set the extraordinary gemstones.
