We ship many of items we offer to countries outside the USA. But please read this page carefully before you order, to avoid any unnecessary frustrations and problems.

International Customs & Taxes

It is the buyer's responsibility to check that the item ordered is allowed in the receiving country. We will not and cannot check customs laws for every country, so please check before you order. If any taxes are due, the buyer is fully responsible.

When we write custom forms for international orders, we write them honestly. It is the law.

Tracking International Orders

We use “USPS Priority Mail International” to ship all our international orders. This service provides a tracking number, and we post the tracking number on eBay and PayPal as soon as we ship your item. You can track your package with this number.

Please understand that we only have the same tracking information that you have. If you send us a message asking where your order is, all we can do is tell you what the tracking information says.

International Shipping Methods and Cost

We use “USPS Priority Mail International” for all our international orders. We understand that the cost of this shipping method can be quite high, but based on our experiences; this is the most reliable way to ship international orders.

The shipping methods and cost are clearly indicated on the "Shipping and payments" section of every item description.

Delivery Time for International Orders

Delivery time for international orders always varies, but based on our experiences, it usually takes about 1-2 weeks. Please check your tracking information for the status of your shipment.

Returns & Refunds

International orders cannot be returned. If there was a mistake in the order and if it can be proved that it was our fault, we will fully refund your money, the cost of the item plus the shipping cost, through PayPal only.

If an international order is returned to us, we will refund only the cost of the item, not the shipping cost, if the item returns in a resalable condition.
