Cleaning Checklist
* TURN OFF POWER AND UNPLUG GAME*
q 1. Remove/open back door.
q 2. Open all coin doors and remove coin boxes.
q 3. Unlatch control panel.
q 4. Remove monitor bezzle and glass.
q 5. Remove marquee.
q 6. Blow out the inside of the Arcade game including bottom, control panel, coin door, monitor, and marquee cupboard.
q 7. Vacuum out all inside areas of the Arcade game.
q 8. Hand wipe the inside of the game including all wires, fan, monitor, control panel, coin doors, marquee cupboard. Note: use care when wiping monitor.
q 9. Apply wood treatment on inside wood.
q 10. Secure all wires with a tie strap.
q 11. Lube all pinions, gears, springs, etc. with WD-40 or gear oil.
q 12. Wipe down outside of cabinet with cleaner including outside of control panel. Note: always test a small spot first. Remove all smudges and marks.
q 13. Patch any normal holes.
q 14. Paint or touch up outside of the game, using care not to over apply.
q 15. Install Tmolding where needed.
q 16. Clean all removed glass and install. (Including marquee, monitor glass, bezel.)
q 17. Level the arcade game.
q 18. Make sure game has keys and place in coin return.
q 19. Secure all latches.
q 20. Make note of any concerns. |
