Transparent Shipping Program
Since the first week of November, 2008, we started
providing
FREE SHIPPING service
to most of our items, along with lowering down the average TOTAL PRICE of our
items by 20%~30%. However,
FREE SHIPPING only applies to standard/first tier
shipping service. Sometimes buyers may need faster and/or more reliable service,
i.e. those from EMS or other major couriers worldwide.
In addition, it's
always tough to preset the combined shipping rate for multiple items in
different kinds. The inflexible combined shipping discount rule on eBay
doesn't reflect the differences in item dimension and packaging,
especially when you are purchasing 10 or more items in varied kinds. Thus we
present the Transparent Shipping Program, through which buyers can calculate
the shipping rate by themselves. You won't overpay a single dime on
shipping.

Shipping Program works in any of the following situations: |
| You need
faster and/or more reliable shipping service with 2~6 days' average transit
time, depending on the destination and the shipping option selected. |
| You are
purchasing multiple items and want to make sure no excess postage is
paid. |
| You are
a contracted client of any major courier listed so that you can make the
shipping rate paid upon receipt of shipment, by the addressee. |
Below is how
Transparent Shipping Program works:
1) You confirm
your order with us and let us know you'd like to participate in the
Transparent Shipping Program. Don't send us the payment at this time.
2) We'll make a
"trial packaging" here and let you know the package weight.
3) You go to the
following major courier websites to complete the shipping rate/transit time
calculation/comparison by yourself. In the calculation, please set the "Ship
From" location to "Shanghai, China" with the Postal Code 200021
and set the "Package Type" to "Your/My packaging" or "Sender's packaging". Email us the
courier and shipping option selected, preferably with a screen shot of the
calculation summary webpage.
*If you are a
contacted client of any of these couriers, please include your client ID to take the "pay upon receipt of shipment" arrangement, if
applicable.
**In most sites, rate will be displayed in shipper's local currency which
is Chinese Yuan/CNY. Please refer to

4) We'll confirm
and send you an invoice with the correct order amount. For each package, $0.3~$0.45 handling fee will
be added to the EXACT shipping rate determined by the courier/shipping
option you choose.
*If the actual
weight/rate of the package received is lower than charged, we'll
refund you TWICE the difference. If higher, consider it a deal.
All these
couriers will provide prompt online
tracking service. Furthermore, a FREE insurance service will be INCLUDED
with any package shipped through Transparent Shipping
Program.
