All sales are final. No Refund or Exchange
unless incorrect measurement at our fault.
There are also no refunds or exchanges due
to the differences on shades of color, in
case which includes the color of cream and
white. (other than a blue turned out to be
yellow or a totally different color.)

Paypal with confirmed address is the only choice we can accept due to Ebay policy changes. No personal check and
western union accepted under any
circumstances. Personal checks will be
ignored, they will NOT be returned nor any
withdrawals will be made from personal
checks.
- All payment needs to be made in US
dollars.

For payment by Paypal, transaction must be
completed within 72 hours after the end of
the auction.
Please notice: Orders paid with Paypal E-checks
will not process unless payment has
received and cleared. Please expect delays

Custom measurement must receive within 24-48
hour after winning. Default size will be
used if no instruction is received after 49
hours of receiving the payment.

send EXACT measurements for custom sizing.
Costumes will be made according to the EXACT
measurements you sent. All small, medium,
large sizes have a specific size number to
it, please read the chart we posted carefully before
sending a "medium" size.

Please be aware that average shipping time
(domestic and international combined) is
approx.10 days but time various from each
destination.
