| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:We gladly accept exchanges and returns. The buyer must notify us of a return within 7 days of receiving the order. If an item is defective we will gladly ship another product at no additional charge. Any change of mind returns or wrong size exchanges are accepted but the buyer is responsible for return postage costs and original postage costs. |

| A:Yes, we combine Postage. You can either contact us to get a quote on P&P or do the 'buy it now' on all the items you want and we will send an adjusted invoice to you. Please do not pay for the items until an adjusted invoice has been sent to you. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:All items are posted within 1-2 working days from the date of received payment. All orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will post on Mondays. Average delivery time to the USA is 3-5 business days. Average international delivery time is 7-14 days. Please note that delivery times are from the date of dispatch not purchase date. |

| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes, all of our items can be posted internationally. Our business is based out of the USA and we will ship to all country's. We have been in business for 2 years and have never had a problem shipping to a country. If for any reason we find that we can not ship to your country you will be notified within 72 hours and a full refund will be issued. |
| Q:The listing says that 1-4 items will post for 8.99GBP but when I go to purchase 4 units of the product the Postage is much higher then what is advertised. |

| A:Any listing that has special postage rate will incorrectly show the postage costs. For example if one unit costs 8.99GBP to post and and 1-4 units cost 8.99GBP to post ebay will incorrectly show a postage cost of 35.97GBP. Please go ahead and do the buy it now and we will send an adjusted invoice with the correct postage costs within 12 hours |
| Q:Are nerf guns allowed to be shipped to my Country? |

| A:We have shipped 100's of nerf guns and accessory's around the would with no problems. Our biggest buyers of nerf guns are from the UK, Germany, Netherlands, and Australia. We have shipped nerf guns to every country in Europe with no problems. If you are in doubt please contact us. |

| A:Yes, we ship to Italy. Average delivery time to Italy is 3 weeks. Shipments to Italy have been known to take up to a month and sometimes longer. If you are in Italy please be prepared for a slow delivery time. If you need a reliable service to Italy please contact us for Express Mail Service. |
| Q:Do you Ship to the USA? |

| A:Yes, we will ship to the USA. Even though we are located in the USA most of our listings are not in US dollars but in multiple currency's. Please be aware of the exchange rate before making the purchase. |
| Q:I have purchased items in multiple currency's! What should I do? |

| A:Items in different currency's cannot be combined into one invoice. Generally we will send an invoice in which one currency reflects all the postage cost and one or more of the other currency's have 0 postage costs. |
| Q:Will My order clear customs? |

| A:All of our items will clear UK and Irish customs. Most of our other items will clear worldwide customs. If you purchase items and we notice that the item will not clear your customs we will issue a full refund. |
| Q:I do not have a paypal account. What other payment methods are available? |

| A:If you don't have paypal, we can take a postal money order in US Dollars or US cash sent with signature confirmation. We cannot accept payments in any other currency unless you are paying via paypal. |
