FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We prefer Pay-Pal but you can use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card directly with PayPal (you don't need a PayPal account). We guarantee the item to be as described and will refund the purchase price if it is not as described and it is returned unopened and unused within 30 days of receipt. On shipments outside the USA, import costs, duty and taxes (if required) are paid by the buyer. 

Do you provide a combined shipping discount?
A: Yes. If you purchase two (2) or more items from us, we will ship all items in one package. This usually provides a shipping and handling discount of 10% or more per item (if shipping costs were figured individually for each item).

Do you charge sales tax on items purchased?
A: Only on packages shipped to addresses in the state of California.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: We ship within 24 hours from receipt of cleared payment. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx and UPS. All items are shipped insured. We will send you an ermail with all the details of the shipment with tracking numbers where available and when it is expected to arrive. Unfortunately carriers sometimes take longer than their published transit time.

Are all items you sell shipped from your warehouse?
A. Yes most items are stocked in our warehouse. A few items that are not in our warehouse when we receive your order will be sent directly from the distributor. All custom made items susch as made-to-order antenna cables and outdoor CAT5 & 6 Ethernet Cables as sent directly from our fabrication facility.

How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A: Shipping and handling is calculated for each item and depends on the weight, shipping method and where you live.

Do you ship outside the USA (Internationally)?
A: Yes. We do a considerable amount of business outside the USA. We ship WORLDWIDE. We are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding shipping costs and transit time to any country. On shipments outside the USA, import costs, duty and taxes (if required) are paid by the buyer. 

Some of the items you sell are Factory Refurbished. What does Factory Refurbished really mean?
A: When a retail store or a customer opens a product box and it is not purchased, the store cannot sell it as new and ships the item back to the manufacturer. Sometimes customers decide they do not wish to keep an item for any reason, (even if it is the day after it was purchased), the item is sent back to the manufacturer. When the manufacturer receives the returned item, the entire item is completely gone through to assure it meets all factory specifications and its quality is checked again. Demo units are also factory refurbished. They are inspected, tested and repackaged too.

What are the advantages of buying Factory Refurbished items?
A: Factory Refurbished items have a very low return/defective rate because they have been checked twice for quality. The price to the buyer is much lower. The item has been inspected and serviced by the manufacturer. It's been tested and repackaged to meet original product specifications. And finally the item includes a Manufacturer's warranty.

How will I know if the item you're offering is new or factory refurbished?
A: All the items we offer have a clear indication in the product description indicating the condition of the item and the warranty provided. When we offer a Factory Refurbished item it is described as Factory Refurbished. Likewise, all new items are described as NEW items.
