LIMITED WARRANTY
Unless otherwise specified in any of the Senior Computer Services online auction or online store listings or if the Limited Warranty in any of the online auction or online store listings is indicated as being supplied by the product manufacturer, a Limited Warranty provided by Senior Computer Services is a Limited Warranty for a period of time as listed in any of the Senior Computer Services online auction or online store listings and in any case for no more than twelve (12) months from date of purchase, against defects in material and workmanship. During the Limited Warranty period, such defects will be repaired or the product will be replaced at our option without charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, tampering with the device, opening or forcing open, breaking seals or use of current or voltage other than that stamped on the product. Consumable items such as batteries, ink and light bulbs supplied with any product are not covered by this limited warranty. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR FITNESS AND MERCHANTABILITY ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO A PERIOD ENDING IN THE NUMBER OF MONTHS OF LIMITED WARRANTY DURATION STATED IN THE SENIOR COMPUTER SERVICES ONLINE AUCTION OR ONLINE STORE LISTINGS AND IN NO EVENT FOR ANY PERIOD LONGER THAN TWELVE (12) MONTHS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE OR ACQUISITION. Since some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENIOR COMPUTER SERVICES IS NOT LIABLE UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY FOR ANY LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT, INCONVENIENCE OR DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER, WHETHER DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWiLL, LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFIT. WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, FAILURE OF OTHER EQUIPMENT OR COMPUTER PROGRAMS TO WHICH THIS PRODUCT IS CONNECTED WITH, LOSS OF INFORMATION OR DATA CONTAINED IN, STORED ON, OR INTEGRATED WITH ANY PRODUCT RETURNED TO SENIOR COMPUTER SERVICES FOR WARRANTY SERVICE) RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE PRODUCT, RELATING TO WARRANTY SERVICE, OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, EVEN IF SENIOR COMPUTER SERVICES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE SOLE REMEDY FOR A BREACH OF THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY IS REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF THE DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCT. THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF SENIOR COMPUTER SERVICES UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY. THE FOREGOING EXPRESS WRITTEN WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES OR REMEDIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY.
Governing Law: This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the forgoing limitations and exclusions may not apply. The Limited Warranty provides specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
To obtain In-Warranty Service: You must first request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from Senior Computer Services. Email your RMA request including the online auction or online store item number of the product, to: RMA@yourtechplace.com.
After you receive your RMA number: Mail or ship your product and a copy of the RMA email, carefully packed, postage and insurance prepaid (we do not accept CODs). Please pay with PayPal or include a money order or cashier’s check for the appropriate amount (money order and Cashier's Check only from USA banks) (as listed below) to cover return postage and handling. This fee is waived for the first 30 days after purchase. Send your RMA to the address listed below.
