I CAN’T WAIT! When will my order ship?!?!
Lucky for you, we’re quick. Orders placed Monday-Friday by 2:30PM CST for Continental U.S. are guaranteed to be shipped the same day. Any purchase made after 2:30PM CST will be shipped the next business day.
I’d like to spy on my package: How do I track my order?
All right, Double-O Seven, here is your mission, should you choose to accept it: Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email notification listing the details of your package and the shipment method along with a tracking number (a tracking link is also provided). Click that link, and monitor your package. This message will self-destruct in 5 seconds…well, not really.

Godzilla stepped on my package! My item has been damaged/arrived with missing parts. What should I do?
First, inform the local authorities about the Godzilla sighting—and take pictures for Facebook. No one will believe you unless you do.
After inspecting the contents of your package, please notify our Customer Service Team immediately if anything is missing or has arrived damaged. U.S Customers who have been waiting longer than 7 business days for their shipment should also contact us immediately for assistance.
Oops! I ordered the wrong item. What should I do?
Before placing your order, please ensure that you ordered the correct item—we think that goes without saying. If you ordered the wrong item, please notify our Customer Service Team immediately. Please note that per the terms and conditions when placing the order, you may be responsible for a 20% restocking fee.
Oops, I did it again! I think I may have entered an incorrect/incomplete shipping address when I placed my order. What should I do?
When you place your order, please ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address, as well as any additional details such as building name/number and apartment/suite/unit numbers.
In the event that you processed your order with an incorrect shipping address, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately for assistance. Remember, we ship our customers’ orders very quickly! We will do what we can to help, but if the item has already been picked up by the shipping courier, our options may be limited. So please, double-check your shipping address when you confirm your order. It’s elementary, my dear Watson!
My daddy owns a private jet: Can I use my own shipping account for shipping?

I ordered a Lithium Ion Battery from you guys…how do I use it?
If you bought a replacement battery for your mobile/smart phone, PDA, or digital camera, there should be instructions included inside your package. If your dog ate it, don’t worry. Here is how to calibrate your battery:
1. Charge your lithium-ion batteries in your device for 12 hours before their first use.
2. Ignore the phone or dock charger indicator telling you that the battery is full before a 12 hour charge – this is normal but not accurate if the battery is not calibrated.
3. For best performance, charge/discharge your battery 4 to 5 times.
4. DO NOT fully discharge a lithium-ion battery! You will shorten your battery’s life! Instead, recharge your battery when your device shows 20% power remaining.
5. Keep the battery dry and away from moist and corrosive materials. In other words, don’t go swimming with it or play with it while in a chemistry lab. In fact, keep it away from fires too.
I ordered a white Premium Universal Battery Charger from you guys…how do I use it?
Take a look at the back of the box that the Charger came in. You will find instructions printed on the packaging. In case your dog ate that too, here it is again:
1. Adjust the 360˚ rotating dock vertically and/or horizontally to the correct size. Slide your battery in.
2. Ensure that the + and - contacts of the battery make contact with the moveable Charger Pins.
3. Do not worry about orientation of the + and -. The Charger will auto-detect polarity.
4. Plug Charger into outlet.
5. If battery is inserted correctly, the LED light will shine PINK to indicate Charging.
6. If no battery is inserted, or if the battery is fully charged, the LED light will be BLUE, indicating a Non-Charging State.
If I select Next Day Air, will my order really arrive tomorrow?
No, not necessarily. Pay attention: Remember, orders placed Monday-Friday by 4PM CST for Continental U.S. are guaranteed to be shipped the same day. Any purchase made after 4PM CST will be shipped the next business day. Please note the time you place your order if you are looking for an Express Shipment. Also, USPS Express is typically overnight to most locations, but on occasion, it may take them the second business day to deliver your package. Keep this in mind when selecting an expedited shipping method.
When in doubt as to when your Express Shipment will arrive, please feel free to contact our Customer Service Team.

Order Cancellations will be entertained only if the item(s) have not been shipped. After an item has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order, but please note that a 20% restocking fee may apply.

Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 14 days of the delivery date.
A 20% restocking fee applies to orders that are returned due to being purchased on accident or due to compatibility issues.
In order to return an item, you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
Warranty will be voided if the product is mishandled or physically damaged by the customer. We will refuse back all returns that do not have an RMA.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Sales tax of 9.25% is applicable for orders shipped to Illinois.
