GENERAL INFORMATION
I am only accepting payments via Paypal at the moment. Payment must be received within 3 days of auction closing date. If you do not contact me or respond to my email within 7 days, I will re-list the item and file for E-bay Non-Paying Bidder Alert after 8 days of auction closing date. I have to do this in order to recoup part of E-bay’s fees.

MY POLICY ON MEASUREMENTS
Please be aware that I am unable to provide exact measurements on specific items. I home school full time and have 3 children which includes a busy, no nap taking 2 year old. Adding to my busy life is my little Ebay store. I love to provide excellent customer service but due to time restraints and the need to spend quality time with my family, it is just not possible for me to pull specific items and take measurements for my valued customers. I prefer to spend my available Ebay time speedily sending packages and providing good photos & product descriptions in my listings. I am happy to answer general questions and will make every effort to help you determine if an item I have is suitable for your needs.

SHIPPING/ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
I will combine shipping if one payment is made for multiple auctions. Pay the first or highest shipping/handling charge then only half for each auction after that. Shipping fees includes shipping and handling, packing materials, the required shipping insurance and transport. I do currently ship worldwide...but this is subject to change at any time! I love to combine shipping for my international buyers :-) I calculate the combined rate by the total weight of items purchased. If you are interested in a shipping quote for multiple items, please email me with the item numbers and I will get back to you ASAP. Please note that their are special circumstances where your only shipping option will be a secure method such as Priority or Express delivery, this partly depends on the total value purchased, country being shipped to, and buyer status. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis for returning customers in good standing and UK & Canadian buyers. I will incorporate the use of Priority and Express Flat Rate envelopes to help bring the cost down. If you have any questions about the available shipping methods to your country and the cost please do not hesitate in emailing me!.

DELIVERY
I ship every day and try to get your items shipped out within 72 hours of payment received and cleared Except on weekends and Holidays.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless I have sent you the wrong item and/or grossly misrepresented the item in the listing. No refunds will be issued for lost, damaged or misdirected items unless you purchased insurance. I want to make that very clear. Do not bid on my items if you don't agree with the shipping charges, or any of my payment instructions.The item description is as accurate as I can make it. If you notice something is not correct, please notify me as soon as possible, so that I can make note of it in the auction. I am an Ebay buyer, as well, and know how important an accurate description is.
